"Had it set up in about an hour"
I put this together last Saturday afternoon and expected it to take way longer. The instructions were clear, and since all the parts were labeled, I didn’t spend much time guessing where anything went. I started after lunch and had it finished about an hour later by myself. Really glad it turned out to be simple and not one of those frustrating assembly jobs

"Super easy to update my billing"
I needed to change the card on my subscription and it was straightforward. The billing page was easy to use, and my next payment went through without any issues. Definitely nice when something like this just works.

"Return took a little while, but I got my refund"
I had to send back a treadmill part that didn’t end up working with my setup. The return itself wasn’t too hard, just a few emails back and forth and I had to send in some photos, which was fine.
The refund definitely didn’t happen right away, and I had to check in once because I don’t fully trust customer service to keep things moving unless you stay on top of them. To be fair, it did come through in the end and they were polite enough, so not perfect, but it worked out.

I usually only pay attention when something turns into a hassle, but this was smooth. They helped sort out my treadmill warranty issue quickly and didn’t make a big deal out of it

"Still feels too pricey"
I’ve bought similar products before that felt like a much better value, so this one was a bit disappointing. It’s not terrible, but for the price, I just don’t think it’s worth it.

"No Way This Should Be Wearing Out Already"
I bought this treadmill last year, and I’m shocked it’s already squeaking and the belt is slipping. For the price, I was absolutely expecting it to last way longer without issues. Support was fine, nothing terrible there, but there’s no question in my mind this thing should’ve held up better.

"Repair took way longer than expected"
The machine is working now, so that’s good... but the whole repair process was frustrating. I had to keep chasing them for updates, and the replacement parts took weeks to come in. It got fixed in the end, it just felt like way more hassle than it needed to be

"I’ve been using iFit for a bit..."
I’ve been using iFit for a bit now the classes is really good. It keeps workouts interesting and the instructors feel easy to follow. The only annoying thing is the app crashes sometimes, which can mess up the flow, but overall I still like using it.

"Surprisingly Solid Delivery Updates"
They kept me updated the whole time and the delivery was super easy. Almost suspiciously easy, like someone in the logistics bunker actually had everything under control for once. No complaints from me.

"I had to reach out to NordicTrack..."
I had to reach out to NordicTrack about a delivery question, i wasn’t really sure how long I’d be waiting for an answer... figured it might take a while!!

But to be fair, their customer service got back to me quicker than I expected!!! The person who replied was actually helpful, explained what was going on, and it didn’t feel like one of those copy-paste replies you sometimes get... which I really appreciated.

I’m giving 4 stars just because I did have to follow up once, but after that, everything got sorted out fine!! Overall, happy with the support and the way they handled it

"Feels cheap and started rattling way too soon"
I’ve only had this treadmill for about two weeks and parts are already rattling. For what it costs, I expected a lot better. It’s frustrating to deal with this stuff so soon after buying it.

"Works great, except when it doesn’t"
I’ve been using the app with my NordicTrack for a few weeks now, and it’s been solid overall. Most days it connects right away and my workouts sync without me having to mess with anything, which I really like. At the same time, it’s also kind of annoying because every once in a while it randomly takes forever to pair again, even though I’d still say it connects well. So yeah, I’m happy with it, but also wish it was more reliable. Probably not perfect, but good enough that I keep using it without thinking too much about it.

"My order actually arrived quicker than I thought..."
My order actually arrived quicker than I thought it would, which was a nice surprise. The tracking wasn’t perfect, but it was good enough that I could keep an eye on things. Overall, happy with the delivery.
